Azerbaijan: Up till now, Kazakhstani authorities said an Embraer plane crashed near the Kazakh city of Aktau on Wednesday, killing 38 people and leaving 29 others hospitalised.

In what Russian aviation officials said was an accident, a pressure barrier was created that could have caused the plane to crash. That’s OK. But an aviation expert said that seems unlikely.
